Central to our work is that all participants take responsibility for themselves.

Participation in an event is completely voluntary. Drugs and alcohol are not acceptable during events and could be dangerous.

While participating in any events, expeditions, courses and activities there is a chance of being injured and medical treatment may be necessary. No insurance for the safety or health of participants, teachers, guest teachers, guides or assistants has been taken out for any events. Participants are completely responsible for physical, mental or other injuries that may arise from their participation at any events with Oona Soleil Fergusson and / or Ahva Skoi Ltd, and will not sue regardless of whether negligence can be demonstrated. Participants are responsible for their own health insurance.

Participants are personally liable for any damage caused by them.

Activities such as sweat-lodge, fire walking, glass walking, etc. bear an inherent risk. Cases of severe injury during such activities with other organizations have been known in the past. Participating in these activities is completely voluntary and at one’s own risk.

All teachers, participants, guest teachers, guides and assistants are held completely harmless of any liability and are released and discharged from all claims of damage, demands or actions whatsoever in any manner, arising from or emerging out of participation in any events with Oona Soleil Fergusson and / or Ahva Skoi Ltd.

Privacy

Any information and data will be treated confidentially. Participants’ information is for internal use only. What happens in the circle remains in the circle. Sound recordings; video and photography during an event require the permission of the teacher and are to be shared with Ahva Skoi Ltd. All rights reserved.

Consent is given to Oona Soleil Fergusson, Ahva Skoi Ltd and all teachers, helpers, assistants and anyone authorised by Oona Soleil Fergusson to distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, display, reproduce, photograph, videotape my picture, portrait, likeness including audiotape and/or videotape recordings and sound pictures taken of me during the expedition in any manner or media whatsoever anywhere in the world in perpetuity for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for editorial, educational and promotional  purposes. I agree that I will not seek at any time to receive any financial benefit or compensation in connection with such media. 

Attendance and Behavior:

The intensity of events demands a 100% attendance and absolute punctuality.

Changes in the program are possible at any time. If a participant continually disrupts the event, the participant may be excluded from the course at the teacher’s sole discretion. No refund will be made.

By attending a course participants automatically accept Ahva Skoi Ltd’s terms and conditions.
